I’m Indi Tansey, a visual storyteller who helps teams bring their strategies to life.
I combine creativity and strategy to turn complex ideas into visuals that connect people, spark conversations and inspire action.

My career has taken me across startups, government, non-profits and corporates, giving me a deep appreciation for how ideas grow when they’re seen and shared. Before launching Indi Dust, I spent a decade in global advertising, leading teams and shaping campaigns that reached across cultures and industries. Since then, I’ve been a company director, a tech entrepreneur and a community builder — experiences that all feed into how I listen, think and draw today.

At the heart of my work is a belief that strategy should be visible, human and energising. I use visual storytelling to help leaders and teams see the bigger picture and their place within it, creating clarity and momentum for what comes next.
