I sit in the room while your event unfolds, drawing live on my iPad and projecting to a screen so everyone can watch the story emerge in real time.

By the end of the day, you have a shared visual memory - a time capsule of the moment that travels far beyond the room.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Planning for success
We start with a conversation to align on your goals, key themes and visual style. Share your agenda, brand details and any pre-reading so everything I draw feels tailored to your event, not generic.
2. On the day
I arrive early to set up and run a tech check. As your event unfolds, I draw live - capturing the energy, ideas and moments as they happen. A short introduction from your host helps the room understand what they're watching, which tends to lift engagement beautifully.
3. After the event
You receive a high-res digital file and a timelapse video of the visual story coming to life - ready to share in follow-up communications, social media, reports or presentations. The story lives on long after the day is done.

THE STORY CLOSE
Some clients ask for something more at the end of the day.
Instead of just handing over the visual, I stand up and walk the room through it. I replay what happened - the threads that ran through the day, the moments that shifted energy, the ideas the room built together without always realising it.
It tends to be the 10 minutes that lands most deeply.

PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS
In Person: A table and chair at the right height, power access, and a clear view and audibility of speakers and content. I can plug into your existing screen or arrange a projector if needed. For events outside the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast regions, travel costs may apply — I'll include these in your quote.
Virtual: A 15-minute tech check prior to the event using your preferred platform. I'll advise on the best setup for your format.
