For events taking place more than 20km from Brisbane CBD, travel costs (taxi or petrol p/km) will be incurred. In cases where free parking is unavailable, parking expenses may also be incurred. For interstate, international, or rural events, return flights from Brisbane, accommodation, and ground transfers are the responsibility of the client. All travel expenses, including airfares, accommodation, ground transfers, meals, parking, and other reasonable expenses, are to be paid by the client in addition to our fee.
Indi Dust respects the privacy of its clients. Images created for the organisation will not be reproduced, shared, or published without permission. Internal events and communications are considered sensitive and will not be reproduced without prior permission. For public events, written notification is required if the client does not want the work produced from their engagement to be included on the Indi Dust website or social media pages. If no notification is received, it will be assumed that permission has been granted. Indi Dust will not disclose or discuss any information shared during the engagement with third parties without written permission.
USAGE OF IMAGERY
Indi Dust grants clients a non-exclusive, global, revocable license to use all illustrations created at events or in the studio for website galleries, mailouts, social media, etc. All works used in this manner must be attributed to Indi Dust. The attribution must be clearly visible, and a link to “www.indidust.com” or “@ indidust” should be displayed where appropriate. The final delivered artwork may not be manipulated in any way by the client or any third party, including color changes, cropping, isolation of imagery, or editing. If such modifications are required, Indi Dust can provide the final artwork upon request, subject to additional fees. The use of illustrations for branding, packaging, resale, or beyond the original project scope requires prior negotiation and written permission from Indi Dust.
Once the engagement is confirmed, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the agreed event date will not incur any fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will result in a 50% fee payable by the client. Cancellations within 7 days of the event require the full fee to be paid.
